The Team
We know from experience what it’s like working in a political and toxic environment, and we have witnessed great organizations collapse for no good reason.
Founder
Keith has worked in construction management, higher and secondary education, community non-profits, several technology start ups and is a master at business development. Keith has written books and bullet points on the subject of leadership. A natural visioneer and a co-spire evangelist, Keith founded Vision Impact Leadership, along with his co-founders below.

Co-founder
For over 30 years, Richard has presented high energy workshops and training seminars to organizations needing unique change strategies and performance improvement initiatives.
Specialties: Leadership, managerial and supervisory training, performance coaching, harassment prevention training, customer service training and high performance team development.
Director of Executive Retreats
Malissa manages our executive and corporate retreats. She started her career in major gifts at the University of Utah and has continued in the private sector organizing major events for non-profits and corporate retreats. She has a high touch with a white glove approach, every moment of an experience is meant to make impact.

Sam is personal, intimate and real, the best qualities you could ask for in a director of marketing. Sam is the first voice and the first contact and the impression he makes is lasting. We love him on our team. He is also the MC at our events, a future up-and coming speaker and co-spire visioneer.
